The Challenge
A complex requirement to triple the living space using a hybrid of construction methods. The challenge was integrating modern SIPS technology with traditional building techniques to achieve an "Eco-Home" standard on a large scale.
The Zorkun Solution
We delivered a 3-storey side extension and loft conversion, harmonising a SIPS framework with traditional dormers. The focus was on future-proof comfort: we installed a heat battery system, solar panels, and full external insulation. This engineering feat resulted in a highly sustainable, thermally efficient home with vastly expanded floor space.
