A derelict garage site located within a strict Conservation Area. The challenge was to create a spacious luxury home without being able to build significantly upwards, requiring a subterranean approach.
The Zorkun Solution
We excavated to create a premium basement level, topped with a ground floor structure to form a stunning 4-bedroom luxury residence. By using light wells and high-spec finishes, we ensured the basement felt bright and airy. It’s a masterclass in hidden volume—delivering a high-end lifestyle in a restrictive heritage setting.
