Maximising a tight garden plot in a Conservation Area. We needed to build a substantial new home that respected the neighbourhood's character while delivering modern architectural impact.
The Zorkun Solution
A striking new build featuring a basement and two upper storeys, wrapped in architectural zinc cladding. We optimised the internal layout to create a generous family home on a small footprint. The contemporary finish contrasts beautifully with the surroundings, offering a unique, design-led living experience.
