A "back-to-brick" refurbishment that redefined the home's volume. We added a Mansard loft and side-return extension, significantly increasing the floor area. By integrating bespoke joinery, timber sash windows, and a genius open-plan layout, we balanced modern fire safety systems with heritage aesthetics, creating a bright, fluid, and luxurious family home.
